P.S     The Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) is a standard physical fitness test used by the conscription army in Singapore, called National Service (NS) The IPPT has five stations: 4 x 10 metres shuttle run, sit-up, standing broad jump, chin-up and 2.4 kilometres run.
